  • I agree with the previous person—where is the info, such as the fast blast, workouts, etc. that a different person mentioned?

  • I also feel that I have missed out on some beginning materials so I will know what to do.  Where on the website are they?

  • Where do I find info on what to eat and what else I should be doing?  All I’m finding are peoples comments, and I was hoping for some kind of outline about what to do?  I did receive the Smoothie guide in an email.  Thanks in advance–
