I am 81 yrs old and have been using JJ’s shakes for breakfast for many years. I am very active in garden fun as well as hiking etc.BTW: my weight is 120-125 lbs 5’3″ . I highly recommend JJ’s products. I live with “discomfort” but would like more energy. I pretty well eat right.

Life happens…lol. Restarting the detox today after a few days that threw me off. Yesterday was a charity event called Soup Sunday where 50 restaurants compete to make the best soup. I redeemed JJ pointe and received a box of the Chocolate Mint bars. They’re awesome; they remind me of the chocolate mint Girl Scout cookies! I’ll sure be willing to buy them again. My husband liked them also! He liked the taste and texture!

It’s day 7 here and I’ve lost 9lbs. This is HUGE for someone with PCOS and insulin resistance. I’m bringing healthy snacks to the super bowl party I’m attending later on. Hostess is smoking turkey, brats, and ribs. I’ll stick with the turkey.

This is my favorite plate.Chicken with lentils,green beans,sauteed onions and mushrooms.Spiralized root salad (turnip,beet,parsnip +carrot) with mint dressing.Instead of just having green beans I added mushrooms and onions.For the salad I used vegetables that I had hanging out in my fridge.To my surprise it all tasted delish.
